Wild Game Lunch Monday 4/4/11

We work with several local game processors, this is just one of the lunches we had at the shop. Its whitetail German sausage from A&A Processing, with whitetail steaks. We marinated the steaks for a few hours in Italian dressing and "Adam's reserve - all purpose house rub." Sides were baked potatoes and a baby spinach salad. Lean, but filling meal. We will try to post more wild game recipes & meals as we have them. If you come by the shop around lunch time, chances are you can make yourself a plate, we almost always have some leftover.
